1 IN A CHAMELEON, 2025

1 in a Chameleon by Narie Foster started at the Adelaide Fringe Festival in Australia, where it was scouted and chosen by Summer Hall to join their 2024 Edinburgh Fringe season. Narie brought the project to me when she decided to create a New York iteration, and together we reworked the show for a higher budget and longer run in TriBecCa. The show tells the true story of Narie's struggle with fitting in, finding belonging, and developing courage through self-appreciation. The show ran in April of 2025, creating a splash in the downtown theater scene with its bold reimagining of what it is to be an audience member.
