METANOIA, 2019
"Metanoia" was a new play written by the lovely Alexa James-Cardenas. It's a tender story of self-discovery and acceptance of an environment full of emotional hurdles. This piece was created as part of Carnegie Mellon's 17th Playground Festival. Noah and I decided to seat the audience on the stage and use the audience risers as high school bleachers. Shout out to my lighting designer, Nick, for dealing with that so beautifully.
